$29 enrollment fee for new members. 12 month membership agreement. This option applies to ALL military, first responders, groups, full-time students. Cancellation fee: $95 (under 6 months), $150 (after 6 months) - cancellations need to be made 30 days prior to payment via email in order to not be charged your monthly rate.
